Privacy Policy
Kuper Plumbing Company LLC collects what it needs to come and fix your plumbing, and nothing else. This page says exactly what that is.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, and email if you give us one.
- The address the work is at, and any access notes you add, like a gate code or which door to use.
- What you told us about the problem, including any photos you send.
- Your invoices, payments, and receipts.
- If you consent to text messages: the date, time, and IP address of that consent, and the exact wording you agreed to.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you, schedule the work, get to your property, do the job, invoice it, and keep a record of it afterwards. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.
Text messages
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We only text you if you ticked the consent box on the request form. Those messages are about your service request: confirmations, appointment windows, arrival notices, invoices, and receipts. We never send marketing texts. Reply STOP to stop them at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Replying STOP removes your consent immediately. Texting back afterwards does not turn it on again: if you want messages after opting out, tick the box on a new request, so the choice is always yours and always deliberate.
Who else sees it
Only the people and services needed to do the work: our hosting provider, the service that delivers our emails, and the carrier network that delivers our texts. They handle it on our behalf and may not use it for anything of their own. We hand information to law enforcement only when the law requires it.
Payments
We do not store card numbers. If you pay by card it goes through a payment processor and we see only the confirmation.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your job, our records, and tax. Ask us to delete what is not legally required and we will.

Children
This is a plumbing business. The site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top.
