Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Kuper Plumbing's website and the plumbing work we do for you. Kuper Plumbing Company LLC is the business behind both.
Asking for work
Filling in the request form is not a contract and does not commit you to anything. It tells us what is wrong and how to reach you. We reply, agree the work and the price with you, and only then does anyone come out.
Quotes and prices
A quote is our honest estimate for the kind of work you have described, based on what you told us. It is not a fixed price. If the job turns out to be bigger or different once we can see it, we tell you what it will cost before we carry on. What you see is what you pay, and we will not add anything you have not agreed to.
Paying
Invoices are due when the work is finished unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax unless the invoice says so.
Cancelling
You can cancel or move an appointment at any time by calling or texting us. We will do the same for you if something happens on our end, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box on the request form, we send you text messages about your service request: that we got it, when we are coming, when the plumber is on the way, and links to your invoice and receipt. That is all we use it for. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not text you at all unless you have ticked that box.
Message frequency varies with what is happening on your job, typically one to eight messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, and we will send one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or call us on (469) 918-9397. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our work
We are licensed in Texas under Master Plumber · M-46098 and we stand behind what we do. If something we fixed fails, tell us and we will put it right. We are not responsible for problems that were already there and outside the work you asked us to do, or for damage caused by someone else's work after ours.
This website
We keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is never wrong or never down. Photos and descriptions you send us are used to understand and carry out your job, and nothing else.
Changes
If these terms change we update this page and the date at the top. Carrying on using the site after that means the new version applies.
